What happened to my sleeping Job?

Those who know me know that I have a Great Great Aunt who is 104 years old. She needs 24 hour care, and my Mother and I take turns staying with her at night. Normally she sleeps the whole night though, and it is a fairly easy job. But the last two days we had to actually work. Night before last I was sitting up in the living room reading. About 10:30pm my Aunt woke up and sat up. She hollered into the living room, “Who's in there?” So I come in and say, “I am, what do you need?”
“Who are you?”
“I'm Amy”
“Amy who?”
“Amy T------?”
“Really? When did you marry into the T----- family?”

Sigh.......some other favorites from the last two nights are:
On my night:
I was trying to convince her that I was related to her.
Then convince her that she did know about me before that night.
Then she wanted me to call downstairs because she left her suitcase at the ticket office and didn't have any clothes to wear the next morning, and could somebody bring it to her. She was absolutely sure she was in a hotel in the next town over.
Then the next morning, I was trying to get her to walk to the dinning room for breakfast, but she didn't want to, she was trying to get me to carry her.
“No, Ma'am I can't carry you, you're going to have to walk.”
“Well isn't there anyone in town who can help?”
“No, Ma'am There's no one in town who can help”
“ Well I don't believe you. I think there'd be someone in town on a holiday like this.”
“But this isn't a holiday.”
“Yes it is, it's politics week.”

The next night my Mother was working,
this is Auntie:
I need a police man and a minister, because I need to move some furniture Tomorrow, and I need you to bring my clothes in here, because I'm going to get up and be gone tomorrow morning before you get up, so I can move that furniture...

She didn't sleep for more than 30 consecutive minutes that night. And my night she was up at least half the night, just rambling...

I really hope this doesn't become a habit, I liked my sleeping job....
